image This course is designed to provide students with a critical and reflective Overview of a broad range of financial management practices to equip students with the knowledge necessary to make decisions in real-world business situations.

Students will also develop in-depth understanding of both core and emerging key business principles, concepts and applications across a comprehensive spectrum of disciplines.

This complementary blend of knowledge, skills and abilities will enable graduates to add value to any organisation, making this course a great springboard for those wishing to become successful financial and business professionals.

Learning Outcomes
The course is designed to integrate a deep understanding of the subject matter with the development of key skills and competencies needed to adapt to a rapidly changing, dynamic and competitive global marketplace. Upon completion, students will be able to:

► Balance risk and reward in competitive and unpredictable environments and understand how companies use financial information to make vital decisions. Observe and interpret financial markets while implementing best practices in financial management to make plans, organise projects, monitor outcomes and provide financial leadership.
► Apply best practices to create, evaluate and rebalance financial portfolios to achieve investment outcomes.
► Demonstrate strong financial management and forecasting abilities, ensuring the competitiveness of a company and increasing its value in the changing global economic environment.
► Learn teamwork skills, the ability to understand the interests of different groups, argue and conduct discussions, and strengthen communication and conflict management skills.
